CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with Trading Standards and Distance selling regulations, you have 7 days from the date of booking to cancel your booking. Unfortunately outside of this time period (7 days) we cannot accept a change of course date or make refunds on any cancellations for any reason whatsoever, so please check that you have adequate insurance cover when you make your booking.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher. Unfortunately we can not accept vouchers outside of their legal time period. If you make a booking with your voucher and then cancel - unfortunately there can be no rebooking. (There is no money alternative to Vouchers).

PAYMENT

If you are paying on invoice. The payment must be made by the date on the Invoice. If you fail to pay by this date, unfortunately, your place will be cancelled. This is in accordance with Trading Standards. Thank you.

CANCELLATION BY US

DELIVERY OF PAINTINGS

If we send your paintings to you by courier (after the course) we deliver at your risk and JoeDaisy are not responsible for any damage to deliveries. We pack really well and usually paintings arrive in good condition but we can not be held repsonsible for the couriers. always write 'not checked' when you receive any packages.
