It would suit an artist, student, a masters student, or someone with a small business. Its 25 x 15 feet approx. This sort of size would normally be really expensive right in the heart of Leeds but its subsidised by LCVS.
The location is prime, being right in the heart of Leeds by the train station.
The cost covers, heat, electricity, business rates, water, etc. There is broadband access, its fully secure with its own mortice lock double door, 24/7 electronic key fob access, door/phone entry system from studio/street.
