The Author Bill Creevy is a widely exhibited New York based artist with well over a dozen solo shows to his credit. A native of New Orleans, Bill Creevy holds an MFA degree from Louisiana State University and a BA degree (History) from the University of New Orleans.
Although we are all Professional Artists in the studio we ready every book on techniques we can get our hands on. This is a good book on oil techniques but not definitive but again a better start than most!
