DELIVERY

BY COURIER - the courier charges us £32 + VAT for 1 kilo - fo that's the price we make to you. We do not mark up. ALWAYS write NOT CHECKED when receiving the item. This is the only way we can reprint in the case of any damage.

BY POST - if you want to risk ordinary mail - you can do so - we will advise what the cost is. But we do point out that this is at your own risk.

Deliveries are by courier on a day to suit you. Timed delivers (i.e before 12am) and Saturday deliveries are at an extra cost. (Sorry about that but that's the courier charges not ours!) All deliveries have to be signed for.

RETURNS

Printing of your images is classified under the Sale of Goods Act as 'a commission' and therefore unless they are not fit for purpose or of unsatisfactory quality they can not be returned. (This does not effect your statutory rights)

'Just a quick note to say that I got the prints this morning and they  look fantastic. I think it's the best result yet and I love the satin finish and the  gallery wrap.
